La presente informativa è resa, anche ai sensi dell’art. 13 del D. Lgs. 196/2003 “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali” (di seguito, il “Codice”), a coloro che si collegano al sito internet di proprietà di Antonietta Asoni (il “Titolare”) all’indirizzo www.lacasadisofia.net (il “Sito”); essa ha lo scopo di descrivere le modalità di gestione di questo Sito, in riferimento al trattamento dei dati personali degli utenti che lo consultano. L’informativa è resa soltanto per il Sito sopra menzionato e non anche per altri siti web eventualmente consultati dall’utente tramite appositi link.

La presente informativa ha, inoltre, lo scopo di consentire agli utenti del Sito di conoscere le finalità e modalità di trattamento dei dati personali da parte del Titolare in caso di loro conferimento.

I dati saranno conservati per un periodo di tempo non superiore a quello necessario agli scopi per i quali essi sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati.

4. NATURA OBBLIGATORIA O FACOLTATIVA DEL CONFERIMENTO DEI DATI

Il conferimento da parte dell’utente di determinati dati (come meglio individuati con apposito asterisco nel relativo form di registrazione e compilazione dati) è necessario – a seconda dei casi – per ricevere i beni o servizi richiesti.

7. I DIRITTI DEGLI UTENTI RICONOSCIUTI DALL’ART. 7 DEL CODICE
